LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Threads Guam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should this issue occur, please contact the shipping carrier and submit claims.

 

SHIPPING RATES            

Threads Guam ships BEST RATE calculated by weight and destination using USPS . This will be calculated upon shopping cart check out.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing is within the next business day (Monday - Friday) South Pacific Guam time. Please note processing and estimate delivery time could be anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on destination and non-working holidays. 

 

If you need additional help with an order in regards to shipping, please email Customer Service at info@threadsguam.com. Please include your order number and “Shipping Question” in the subject line.

SHOP & WE'LL DROP

Orders placed by 5pm will be processed and delivered the following business day. Delivery fee is $6.00 per order or free if online purchase is more than $100. Delivery time will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 10am - 4pm to business sites only excluding military bases.  You will receive an email notification once your order is out for delivery. Please note that Shop & We'll drop feature is strictly for online orders only.
